How to time the program

A written order keeps speeches, food, and music from colliding.

1. Step 1

   List each moment in the order it should happen.

2. Step 2

   Give speeches a limit before the day, and share it.

3. Step 3

   Put food service where it will not cover a speech.

4. Step 4

   End on a clear last moment so people know they can leave.
