How to set up sound

Put the speakers where people stand, and test speech before music.

1. Step 1

   Point speakers at the guests, not at the walls.

2. Step 2

   Keep microphones away from the speakers to avoid a howl.

3. Step 3

   Check a speaking voice at the back of the room, then the music.

4. Step 4

   Name one person who can change the volume during the event.
